What is BK Market and how does it work?
BK Market is an advanced multi-vendor digital marketplace. Independent vendors can set up digital storefronts, upload inventories, and process customer purchases. Buyers can browse across multiple categories and vendors in a single unified basket.
How does the unified multi-vendor checkout work?
You can add products from 3 or 4 different independent vendors to your cart. During checkout, you pay once, and our automated dispatch system generates discrete sub-orders for each respective vendor with individual tracking references.
How can I register as a seller and what are the plans?
Click on Start Selling in the header or visit /register. Choose your seller plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Each plan configures maximum product listing allowances and marketplace commission rates.
How do vendor payouts work?
Once a merchant fulfills an order, their available payout balance updates automatically after platform commission deduction. Merchants supply their commercial bank details (Account, Routing/Branch) in their Seller Portal, and Super Admins issue wire payouts logged in the verified ledger.
What are "Category Vibes"?
Category Vibes are real-time aesthetic token engines. Every department (such as Electronics, Fashion, Beauty, Living, etc.) automatically adapts the entire page atmosphere: background imagery, typography, glow orbs, and gradients dynamically match the aesthetic of that catalog demo.
Can I switch currencies?
Yes! Use the Currency dropdown located in the top navigation bar. Prices automatically re-calculate with real-time conversion rates across LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee), USD, EUR, GBP, and more.
